Linden Therapy is a private psychotherapy practice helping individuals and families in the Twin Cities.
When life becomes messy and you need a compassionate, collaborative, non-judgmental, and experienced therapist, I am here for you.
I have extensive experience providing therapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups. I provide treatment using empathy, curiosity, humility, and humor to ensure everyone feels safe and cared for. My primary focus is on medical family therapy, family therapy, and working with young adults and adolescents. I am a native English and Spanish speaker and work with those who are bilingual and bicultural.
My goal for my clients is to help them reconnect with the things that brought them joy.
All clients are welcome. My primary focus is families, adolescents, and young adults.
I specialize in eating disorders, acute & chronic illnesses, anxiety, depression, learning disorders, perfectionism, parenting, and life changes. I provide service in English and Spanish.
My treatment approach is eclectic, including solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and evidence-based treatment approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavior therapy for ARFID (CBT-AR), and family-based treatment (FBT).
Sessions are typically 50 minutes, initial intakes are 60 minutes. I provide telehealth sessions over a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. Your first session is all about getting to know each other and gathering information. I'll ask about what brings you to therapy and allow you to share your story. You'll have an opportunity to ask me questions about the therapy process and what to expect.
Sessions are $160, initial intake is $200. Payment is due at the time of service. Sliding scale and reduced rates are available on a case-by-case basis.
I accept cash, check, credit card, and HSA/FSA payments. "Superbills" for insurance reimbursement are available.
Linden Therapy partners with Dr. Nathaniel Barusch of Upaya Wellness, who provides Integrative Psychiatry.
